Diagnostic Assessment

Skill assessment is a research-backed tool that evaluates a student's current academic abilities, preliminary skill processing patterns, and learning style. It identifies specific skill gaps in core subjects like Math, English, and Science, helping us design a personalized intervention plan tailored to each learner’s skill needs for desired learning outcomes.

Personalized Skill Map

The Personalized Skill Map is a customized learning blueprint that identifies each student’s current academic level, strengths, and specific skill gaps across subjects. Based on this map, targeted interventions and adaptive learning strategies are designed to help the student progress at their own pace with drills & measurable and trackable results.

Individual Attention

Sessions are delivered in small groups with a 1:5 teacher-student ratio, ensuring calibrated modules  focused learning, participation & individual attention while encouraging peer learning. This structure allows educators to closely monitor each student’s progress, adapt instruction in real time, and build a supportive, low-pressure environment.

Structured Lessons

Structured lessons in the Skill-Drill™ program are delivered 5 days a week (120 minutes each) through small-group, 1:5 formats, ensuring focused, personalized attention. These sessions can be conducted online after school, offering flexible integration with the student’s existing routine while maintaining consistent academic support.

Performance Reports

Online Student-Parent Dashboard provides regular feedback through structured progress, stats & reports that track each student's skill development, progress, engagement level, and learning milestones. Monthly parent-teacher meetings ensure open communication, allowing personalized strategies to be adjusted and reinforced at home and school.
